INPX - Inpixon to acquire Nanotron

Inpixon's ([[INPX]] +4.2%) wholly owned subsidiary, Inpixon GmbH, entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Berlin-based Nanotron Technologies GmbH, a global location awareness technology company, via a share purchase agreement.Under the agreement, Inpixon will acquire 100% of the outstanding capital stock of Nanotron with cash on hand for an aggregate purchase price of $8.7M.Transaction expected to close on or about October 6, 2020; Inpixon annual revenues are seen increasing by $5M+ and to be accretive.Nanotron, provider of innovative IoT solutions and ultra-wideband  technologies, has 500+ deployments to date, including several large-scale deployments monitoring tens of thousands of anchors and tags.Nanotron was named by MarketsandMarkets, market research firm, as one of the vendors dominating in the global UWB market along with Apple, Samsung, Decawave, NXP and others.The firm estimates location based services and real-time location systems market to grow from $17.8B in 2020 to $39.2B by 2025, at a compound annual growth rate of 17.1%.
