• Revenue of $2.74B (+22.9% Y/Y) beats by $130M .
• Gross profit increased 19% while gross margin contracted 40 basis points to 16.0% compared to the second quarter of 2021.

• For the full year 2022, the company expects to deliver low double digit net sales growth and Adjusted diluted earnings per share is expected to be between $8.55 and $8.75 vs. consensus of $8.03; interest expense between $30 and $35 million; an effective tax rate of 25% to 26% for the full year 2022; capital expenditures of $65 to $70 million including completion of our new corporate headquarters.
