Installed Building Products (IBP) announces the acquisition of Norkote, Inc., headquartered in Everett, WashingtonNorkote installs specialty coatings for fire protection, insulation, and acoustics in commercial and industrial applications.“With approximately $10M of annual revenue, Norkote expands our presence to commercial customers in Washington and Oregon,” stated Jeff Edwards, CEO.Installed Building Products has acquired ~$94M of annual revenues, to date in FY20.Shares +0.82% AH.
