IBP - Installed Building Products acquires Pisgah Insulation and Fireplaces; terms undisclosed

Installed Building Products Inc.
Installed Building Products (NYSE:IBP) has acquired Mills River, North Carolina-based Pisgah Insulation and Fireplaces. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Established in 2001, Pisgah primarily installs spray foam insulation, fiberglass insulation, and fireplaces into new residential homes in the Asheville, North Carolina market. IBP CEO Jeff Edwards stated, "With approximately $8.5 million of annual revenue, Pisgah expands our presence in North Carolina." IBP reported its Q4 results last week.
