INTA - Intapp announces proposed stock offering shares fall +3% after hours

- Intapp ( NASDAQ: INTA ) on Tuesday announced a proposed stock offering of up to 2M shares.
- The company added that certain selling stockholders also intended to offer 4.25M shares in the offering.
- INTA stock was down 3.6% to $42.52 after hours.
- "The Company intends to use the net proceeds of the Offering for working capital and general corporate purposes," INTA said in a statement , adding that it would not receive any proceeds from the sale of shares by the selling stockholders.
