• Intapp ( NASDAQ: INTA ) is trading up 2.7% on Thursday premarket, prices an underwritten public offering of 6.25M shares at a public offering price of $36.50 per share.
• The offering consists of 2M shares being sold by the company and 4.25M shares being sold by certain selling stockholders.
• Gross proceeds of ~$73M to the company and ~$155.1M to the selling stockholders.
• Underwriters have an option for a period of 30 days to purchase up to an additional 937.5K shares.
• The offering is expected to close on or about May 22, 2023.
• The company intends to use the net proceeds for working capital and general corporate purposes.
