NTEC - Intec Pharma secures $5M direct capital raise

Intec Pharma (NASDAQ:NTEC) has agreed to sell ~16.3M ordinary shares to a group of investors at $0.30690 per share in a registered direct offering. Buyers will also receive unregistered 5 1/2-year warrants to purchase up to half the number of shares at $0.245 per share.
