Intema Solutions (OTC:ITMZF) has entered into an arm’s length letter of intent, with Amuka Ventures to acquire all the outstanding shares of Parabellum Media, owner of Parabellum Esports and Northern Shield Academy. This new acquisition will complement Intema’s esports activities with the addition of a leading professional esports team and training capabilities for future gamers. Parabellum has competitive rosters in Rainbow Six, Rocket League, CSGO and iRacing, supported by a team of 10 content creators, with social media reach of over 0.3M followers.
