IPAR - Inter Parfums inks fragrance licensing deal with Salvatore Ferragamo

Perfume manufacturer and distributor Inter Parfums (IPAR) has signed a ten-year fragrance licensing deal with Salvatore Ferragamo (SFRGF), the parent company of luxury brand Salvatore Ferragamo Group.On June 03, it was reported that Inter Parfums is in exclusive negotiations with Salvatore Ferragamo to become the worldwide and exclusive licensee for the Ferragamo perfume brand.Inter Parfums has been granted the license for the production and distribution of Ferragamo brand perfumes. With reference to the management and coordination of activities related to the license deal, Inter Parfums will operate through a wholly-owned Italian company, based in Florence. It will also guarantee the production in Italy.The agreement will commence in October 2021 and run for ten years. Subject to certain conditions, the deal offers a 5-year optional term.
