IPAR - Inter Parfums raises guidance as Q4 sales top expectations
- Inter Parfums ( NASDAQ: IPAR ) on Wednesday raised its 2022 and 2023 guidance on the back of better-than-expected Q4 sales.
- 2022 net sales are projected to be $1.08B, up 23% Y/Y and above consensus estimate of $1.03B. Prior outlook was $1.025B.
- The company expects 2022 EPS of ~$3.60, topping consensus estimate of $3.40. Prior forecast was $3.40.
- Inter Parfums ( IPAR ) guided for 2023 sales of $1.15B from $1.11B ($1.11B consensus) and EPS of $3.75 from $3.70 ($3.70 consensus).
- "The final quarter of the year was exceptionally strong for our U.S. and European based operations. Indicators and order levels point to a continuation of strong sales growth in 2023," said CEO Jean Madar.
- Inter Parfums ( IPAR ) plans to report 2022 sales on or about January 23 and full year results on or about February 28.
- Shares of the company ticked 2.7% higher after the bell.
