IPAR - Inter Parfums strikes licensing deal for Roberto Cavalli fragrances globally

Inter Parfums ( NASDAQ: IPAR ) has signed an exclusive worldwide license for the Roberto Cavalli brand, the fragrance maker said Monday.

As per the license agreement, Interparfums Italia will oversee the Cavalli fragrance division and create an Italian brand center.

Inter Parfums will collaborate with Cavalli's creative director, Fausto Puglisi, to implement plans for brand extensions in 2024 and a new women's fragrance in 2025 using the company's Florence-based resources, personnel, and infrastructure.

The license agreement became effective on July 6, 2023.
