IPPLF - Inter Pipeline to raise $1B through debt capital

Inter Pipeline (OTCPK:IPPLF) to issue $750M of 3.983% senior unsecured notes due November 25, 2031 and $250M of 5.091% senior unsecured notes due November 27, 2051. Interest on both the notes will be payable semi-annually. The offering is expected to close on November 25, 2021. Net proceeds will be used to repay indebtedness under $1.5B revolving credit facility, series 3 medium term notes due May 2022 and for general corporate purposes.
