IVC - Invacare announces additional draw of $5.5M term loans

Invacare ( NYSE: IVC ) announced additional draw of $5.5M of term loans under its credit agreement.
The company said certain funds will be managed by Highbridge Capital Managed.
The company will use the proceeds of the additional draw for general corporate purposes, it said.
About $14M of additional liquidity remains available under the Amended Highbridge Credit Agreement, subject to satisfaction of certain conditions set forth therein.
