IVR - Invesco Mortgage cuts dividend by 38.5% to $0.40

• Invesco Mortgage ( NYSE: IVR ) declares $0.40/share quarterly dividend , -38.5% decrease from prior dividend of $0.65.
• Forward yield 10.42%
• Payable April 27; for shareholders of record April 10; ex-div April 6.
• "We reduced our dividend to retain capital and enhance book value by continuing to invest in Agency RMBS at historically attractive valuations," said CEO John Anzalone. "The dividend reduction allows us to pay a competitive dividend consistent with Agency RMBS market levered returns and helps increase the ratio of our stock to total stockholders' equity."
