BYND Cannasoft (NASDAQ: BCAN) (CSE: BYND), an Israeli-based integrated software and cannabis company, has announced the closing of the previously disclosed registered direct offering with an institutional investor of approximately $1.5 million common shares and investor warrants at a price of $0.52 per common unit. The company secured approximately $1.5 million in aggregate gross proceeds and expects to use the net proceeds from the offering, together with its existing cash, for general corporate purposes and working capital. The transaction closed on Dec. 21, 2023. Aegis Capital Corp. is acting as exclusive placement agent for the offering. Louis A. Brilleman, P.C. is acting as counsel to the company.
