Under the agreement, GoldHaven may earn a 100% interest in the 4,190-hectare Smoke Mountain copper-gold property located in central British Columbia approximately 60 kilometers southwest of Houston and 23 km north-northwest of Imperial Metals Corporation's copper-molybdenum-silver Huckleberry Mine.
