The offering consisted of 1,720,430 ordinary shares offered at $4.65 per share. The company also noted that the underwriters exercised the overallotment option in full and purchased an additional 258,064 ordinary shares, resulting in gross proceeds for the company of $9.2 million. EF Hutton, division of Benchmark Investments LLC, acted as the lead book-running manager for the offering with Spartan Capital Securities LLC acting as the offering comanager.
