IVITF - Invictus MD To Acquire GTEC For Indoor Craft Supremacy
Invictus MD (IVITF) announced that it is acquiring GTEC Holdings (GGTTF) in an all-stock transaction. We believe the combination represents a logical move as the Canadian cannabis sector moves to a phase of consolidation and elimination. The transaction would consolidate complementary assets of both companies in order to better compete with larger companies in the space. We like this transaction and think the combined company would be better positioned to compete in Canada.
