IRTC - iRhythm Technologies provides FY22 prelims commercial chief resigns

• iRhythm Technologies ( NASDAQ: IRTC ) announced that Dave Vort, Chief Commercial Officer, has resigned effective July 25, 2022; he will continue to serve as  a strategic advisor and actively engage with the company's leadership team through Mar.31, 2023.
• Chad Patterson is named the new commercial chief ; he most recently served as Chief Marketing Officer at Dexcom.
• The company estimates prelim unit volumes to be slightly ahead of expectations for the quarter ended June 30, 2022; FY22 revenues expected to be range between $410 to $420M compared to analysts consensus estimate of $418.08M.
• "While preliminary, we are pleased with our Q2 volumes that demonstrated steady growth in our core U.S. market at rates slightly ahead of expectations as well as another quarter of record registrations," President and CEO Quentin Blackford commented.
• Q2 results are scheduled for Aug.4 release after market close.
