  • The filing delay is due to its inability to complete its quarterly financial statements pending a planned investigation by the audit committee regarding allegations by a former employee.
  • The allegations do not relate to IronNet's ( IRNT ) Q3 financial statements.
  • The firm has six months, or till June 20, to file Form 10-Q.
  • Earlier, IronNet ( IRNT ) received a non-compliance notice from NYSE regarding its average closing stock price .
