IronNet ( NYSE: IRNT ) said it had received notice from the New York Stock Exchange that it was not in compliance with the continued listing standards, which require it to maintain a minimum average closing price of at least $1.
The Company has 45 days from receipt of the notice to submit a plan that would bring it into compliance and until April 25 to regain compliance.
