IRNT - IronNet signs stock purchase agreement with Tumim for up to $175M

IronNet (NYSE:IRNT) entered into a common stock purchase agreement with Tumim Stone Capital wherein the former has the right to sell to Tumim Stone up to $175M of its stock. IronNet may direct Tumim Stone to purchase a number of shares not to exceed an amount determined by IronNet’s trading volume and stock price. Net proceeds from any sale of shares may be used for working capital and general corporate purposes to support its future growth.
