ISR - Isoray under pressure on raising $45M capital through equity offering

Isoray (ISR) down 19.6% premarket on pricing public offering of 36M common shares at $1.25/share, for gross proceeds of ~$45M. The offering is expected to close on February 8.Underwriters' over-allotment is an additional 15% of the offering.Proceeds will be used to fund operations, research and development efforts, potential future acquisitions of complementary businesses or technologies, sales and marketing initiatives and for general corporate purposes.
