ITP - IT Tech Packaging prices $20M stock offering

IT Tech Packaging ([[ITP]] -17.1%) priced its earlier announced underwritten public offering of 26.7M shares and warrants to purchase up to 13.3M shares.Each share is being sold together with a warrant to purchase one half share of common stock at a combined price to the public of $0.75; warrants will be immediately exercisable.Underwriters granted 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 2.6M shares and warrants to purchase up to 1.3M shares.Gross proceeds are expected to be $20M.Offer expected to close on or about Mar.1.
