ITP - IT Tech stock falls postmarket on non-compliance with NYSE American listing rules

IT Tech Packaging (NYSE:ITP) stock fell 5.5% postmarket Friday after the firm said it was not in compliance with NYSE American's continued listing rules. This is because ITP's stock had been trading for a low price per share for a substantial period of time. NYSE American said ITP's continued listing rests on it effecting a reverse stock split or otherwise demonstrating sustained price improvement till Dec. 23. ITP plans to complete a reverse stock split to regain compliance.
