Itaú Unibanco ( NYSE: ITUB ) has announced a stock repurchase plan to buyback up to 75M own preferred shares, without a capital reduction, to be held in treasury, cancelled or replaced in the market.
Thr program will run from Aug. 25, 2022 to Feb. 24, 2024.
