IVDA - Iveda Solutions to raise $5M in stock and warrants offering
- Iveda Solutions ( NASDAQ: IVDA ) entered into a securities purchase agreement with institutional investors to raise ~$5M in gross proceeds through the private placement of 3.29M shares and warrants.
- Each share is sold together with accompanying warrants at a combined effective purchase price of $1.52.
- Warrants will be exercisable immediately from issuance date at an exercise price of $1.40/share and will expire five and half years from issuance date.
- Private placement is expected to occur on Aug.11, 2022.
