IZEA - IZEA completes sale of $35M through its ATM offering

IZEA Worldwide (IZEA) has completed sales of ~$35M of its common shares pursuant to the Company’s At-The-Market Offering established on Jan. 25, 2021, through National Securities, acting as sales agent. In the ATM sales, an aggregate of ~7,03M common shares have been issued to investors at an average at-the-market price of $4.98/share.The total gross proceeds raised under the Form S-3 since June 2020 is ~$75M.Shares of IZEA Worldwide are up 5.26% in U.S. premarket action.
