IZEA - IZEA names Biere its chief financial officer

IZEA Worldwide (IZEA -4.6%) has named Peter Biere its chief financial officer and treasurer. The move is effective April 1. Biere had previously served as CFO of BSQUARE from 2017-2019, and before that as CFO of Dreambox Learning and CFO of Lumera. “He has built out finance and accounting teams, led global M&A efforts, completed large scale corporate financings, and spearheaded the implementation of financial systems and processes," says CEO Ted Murphy.
