Company matters submitted to shareholders for approvalas set out in the Company's Notice of Meeting and ManagementInformation Circular, dated November 17, 2022, were approved by therequisite majority of votes cast at the meeting.

Clarifying Amended and RestatedFinancial Statements
A news release was disseminated on December 16, 2022, announcing the amendment andrestatement of the Company's Financial Statements for the three monthsthat ended July 31, 2022. Izotropic confirmsthat no changes were made to the financial information in thestatements and that the restatement was not associated with an erroror a correction of any kind. The Company’s auditor has reviewed thestatements as a requirement for additional filings related to futurefinancing and uplisting plans, and the amendment and restatement wasrequired to note the auditor’s review.
