VANCOUVER, BC – TheNewswire - April 27,2023 – Izotropic Corporation (“ Izotropic ” orthe “ Company ”) (CSE: IZO ) (OTC: IZOZF )(FSE: 1R3 ), a medical device company commercializing IzoView, adedicated breast CT (computed tomography) imaging platform, for themore accurate detection and diagnosis of breast cancers, announcedthat in addition to pursuing the development of the device, it hasbeen exploring an enhanced go-to-market strategy with its IzoViewplatform, to potentially accelerate the time to market and/or broadenindications for use, in order to improve product’s ROI to thehospitals and reduce time and cost to get to commercialreadiness.
As a result, during the first quarter of 2023, theCompany has been fully focused on the following three businessinitiatives:

The operational plan and financial model for theexisting go-to-market strategy is now complete thanks to the activeparticipation of the management and Board of Directors. The totaladdressable market in terms of devices and procedures, the averageselling price, and the cost reduction roadmap have been wellresearched and summarized.
In December of 2022, the Company became aware of otherpossible market approval pathways to potentially accelerate time tomarket and expand the utility of IzoView. The discovery of alternativeapproaches has led to thorough investigation to accelerate time tomarket with alternative indications for use, including preparation ofplans, data, and rationales to support accelerated market approval. Ifsuccessful, the benefits will include reducing costs and expeditingtime to market while enabling the Company to continue to conductclinical studies to support additional future claims. The Company hasalso enlisted new regulatory experts to advise on the acceleratedapproval proposal which will be presented and reviewed by FDA in anupcoming scheduled meeting.
The Company has been focused on identifying andpursuing funding sources that could provide injections of capital intranches for both existing and broader business objectives. The planis to secure capital in progressive tranches tied to milestones tolimit dilution while building value and increasing the Company’smarket capitalization as progress is made. With the new operationalplan and financial modelling completed, meetings are now beingscheduled with funding sources that have expressed interest.
