GRIT Capital (“ GRIT ”) offersmulti-platform educational stock market-related content to democratizeinvesting knowledge for Gen Z and Millennial audiences and providethem with access to high-quality investment insights andopportunities. Under the terms of theagreement, the Company will issue 181,495 common shares, theequivalent of USD $95k in lieu of cash. The common shares are pricedat yesterday’s closing price of $0.66 and are subject to a holdperiod of four months and one day. Awareness coverage will commencethe first week of May, 2022.
