JPM - J.P. Morgan Asset Management acquires Campbell Global
BrightSphere Investment Group ([[BSIG]] +4.1%) to sell its 75% stake in Campbell Global, LLC, to J.P. Morgan Asset Management, a division of JPMorgan Chase & Co. ([[JPM]] +1.8%). As part of the transaction, J.P. Morgan will also acquire the 25% ownership interest in Campbell held by Campbell management. J.P. Morgan has also agreed to acquire BrightSphere’s co-investments in Campbell Funds.The terms of the deal were not disclosed. The deal will make J.P. Morgan a significant promoter for thriving forests around the world, including in 15 U.S. states, New Zealand, Australia and Chile.
