JACK - Jack in the Box appoints Brian Scott as new CFO

- Jack in the Box Inc ( NASDAQ: JACK ) on Wednesday said Brian Scott will join the company as executive vice president, chief financial officer, effective August 14.
- Recently, Scott served as CFO of ShiftKey and also served as CFO of private pay provider of home care services TheKey.
- In addition, the company announced that Dawn Hooper, who served as interim CFO for the past 8 months, will become a new member of the Executive Leadership Team.
- Nitin Malhotra will also join the Executive Leadership Team, accepting the newly created position of senior vice president, strategy realization.
