James Gruber has been appointed as the new CFO of Eton Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ:ETON), succeeding Wilson Troutman, who is retiring. Troutman has agreed to remain with the company through the end of May to facilitate the transition. Gruber has over 20 years of financial and accounting experience and served as the U.S. Controller at Horizon Therapeutics most recently.
