Vancouver, B.C. - TheNewswire- September 22, 2023 – James R. Bond, adirector and officer of SIQ Mountain Industries Inc.(" SIQ " or the “ Company ”) announced today that on September6, 2023 he had acquired directly from SIQ ( NEX:SIQH ), 2,020,000common shares through his wholly owned private company BondwestEnterprises Inc. The common shares were acquired for CDN$0.05 percommon share for a total consideration of CDN$101,000 pursuant to anon-brokered private placement first announced by the Company by pressrelease on August 15, 2023 (the “ private placement ”).

Prior to Bondwest’s participation in SIQ’s privateplacement, Mr. Bond held, directly or indirectly, or had control ordirection over an aggregate of 2,318,600 shares of the Company orapproximately 9.23% of the pre-placement issued and outstanding sharecapital of the Company, i.e., 25,133,433 shares. With the currentacquisition, Mr. Bond now holds directly or indirectly or has controlor direction over an aggregate of 4,338,600 common shares orapproximately 14.89% of the Company’s issued and outstanding sharecapital post-closing, i.e., 29,133,433 share.

Mr. Bond and Bondwest Enterprises Inc., together withMs. Sardar, Mr. Bond’s spouse are joint actors with respect to theircommon shares of SIQ.  The shares acquired by Bondwest EnterprisesInc. pursuant to the private placement were acquired for investmentpurposes. Mr. Bond, Bondwest Enterprises Inc. and Ms.  Sardar mayfrom time to time increase or decrease their investment in the sharesof SIQ depending upon the business and prospects of the Company anddepending upon future market conditions.
