Welcome, everyone, and thank you for joining us today on Janus Henderson's first quarter 2024 earnings call. I'm Ali Dibadj, I'm joined by our CFO, Roger Thompson.
Today's call, I'll start with some thoughts on the quarter before handing it over to Roger. After Roger's comments, I'll provide a progress update on our strategic initiatives including two transactions we announced earlier today that we believe will allow us to deliver tremendous value for our clients and shareholders.
