JHG - Janus Henderson prices secondary offering at $29.25

Janus Henderson Group (JHG) perks up 2.5% premarket after pricing secondary offering of ~30.7M common shares offered by Dai-ichi Life Holdings (Selling Stockholder), at $29.25/share.The Company has agreed to purchase, ~8.05M shares through the underwriters pursuant to previous repurchase program.The offering will result in the Selling Stockholder exiting its entire ownership position in JHG.Dai-ichi Life Holdings will receive all the proceeds from the offering.Closing date is February 9.Previously (Feb. 4): Janus Henderson launches secondary offering
