Biopharmaceutical company Janux Therapeutics ( NASDAQ: JANX ) said on Monday that it has priced an ~$60M underwritten offering of 4.2M shares and pre-funded warrants to purchase 583.45K shares.
The shares are being sold at $12.46 per share and the pre-funded warrants are being sold at $12.46 per pre-funded warrant.
The offering is expected to close on or about July 19.
