Jaxon Mining ( OTCPK:JXMNF ) announces a non-brokered private placement offering of up to 20M units priced at $0.025 per Unit for gross proceeds of up to $500,000.
Each Warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one common share in the Company at $0.05 per share.
The Warrants will have an expiry date of two years from the date of issuance.
Proceeds from the Private Placement will be used to fund exploration and for general working capital.
