JAZZ - Jazz Pharma launches private offering of senior secured notes

Jazz Pharmaceuticals' (JAZZ) wholly owned subsidiary, Jazz Securities Designated Activity Company is commencing a private offering of senior secured notes. Net proceeds will be used to fund acquisition of GW Pharmaceuticals and refinancing certain indebtedness.There can be no assurance that either the issuance or sale of the Notes or the Acquisition will be consummated.Earlier today, the company reported positive Xywav data in neurologic sleep disorder.
