Thank you, operator, and good afternoon, everyone Today, Jazz Pharmaceuticals reported its first quarter 2024 financial results. I want to begin by welcoming Phil Johnson, who joined Jazz in March as our Chief Financial Officer. We’re very excited to have Phil on our executive team and look forward to his contributions to delivering value for patients and shareholders. Beginning on Slide 5, we made important progress during the first quarter, including year-over-year combined double-digit revenue growth from our key growth drivers, Xywav, Epidiolex and Rylaze along with meaningful advances in our pipeline.
