JFIN - Jiayin Group sells equity interest in Fujian Zhuoqun

- Jiayin Group ( NASDAQ: JFIN ) has determined to sell its 100% equity interest in Fuzhou Zhuoqun Jieneng Information Technology and its subsidiary, Fujian Jiaxi Financial Guarantee.
- Pursuant to the Agreement, Jiayin Finance agreed to transfer its 100% equity interest of Fujian Zhuoqun to Shenzhen Rongxinbao for an aggregate consideration of RMB395M, with Feb. 28, 2023 as the base date of valuation.
- Following the completion of the proposed transaction, Jiayin Finance will not own any equity interest in Fujian Zhuoqun.
