Okay. Good afternoon, everyone. Welcome to the Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2023 Earnings Results Call for Jollibee Foods Corporation. I'm Carissa Mangubat of Regis Partners. I'll be the moderator for this afternoon session.
So, we will have a short presentation from the Company and then we will proceed to Q&A after that.
So, to give us an update on the most recent results, we have Jollibee's CFO, Mr. Richard Shin; we also have the IR team headed by Ms. Cossette Palomar. So, we'll start off with a quick intro by Ms. Cossette before we move on to the presentation proper.
