TKSTF - KCAV provides regional Purchase Order for Tinkerine Printers Skills and Cloud Products

TheNewswire - August 17, 2021 - Tinkerine™ Studios Ltd.(TSXV:TTD) (OTC:TKSTF) ("Tinkerine" or the "Company") announces it has received a blanket 100-unit purchase order (“PO”)from Kansas City Audio Visual (“KCAV”) to provide Tinkerinebundled products to K-12 educationalinstitutions through a regional district tender.

The Tinkerine bundled products include:

• - 1x Tinkerine’s DittoPro 3D Printer

  - 1x Tinkerine Cloud and Skills account

  - 30 spools of filament

  - Tinkerine essentials kit for 3D print removal

The 100-unit PO amounts to a total of $235,900USD. Thecontracted prices will stay in place for an additional 2 years term pending school districtdemand for additional bundles to further strengthen their 3D printingcapabilities.

Delivery of Tinkerine’s bundled products will starteffective immediately. We look forward to providing the schools inKansas, Missouri, Iowa, and Nebraska with the necessary infrastructureto successfully integrate 3D printing into the classroom.

Tinkerine also announces the resignation of Mr. DanCugnet from the Board of Directors. Mr. Cugnet will remain an advisorto the Company. Tinkerine thanks Mr. Cugnet for his time anddedication to the Company and wishes him well in his future boardactivities.
