- Kearny Financial ( NASDAQ: KRNY ) has authorized a new stock repurchase plan to acquire up to 4M shares of company stock.
- Company also announced the completion of its previously disclosed stock repurchase plan which authorized the repurchase of 7.6M shares (~10%).
- Such shares were repurchased at a cost of $96.8M, or $12.73 per share.
