  • Keurig Dr Pepper ( NASDAQ: KDP ) has named George Lagoudakis as interim CFO.
  • Lagoudakis currently serves as SVP of Finance for Cold Beverages. He will replace Ozan Dokmecioglu, who as previously announced will transition from the position of CFO & President, International to CEO.
  • At the same time, chairman & CEO Bob Gamgort will transition to the role of executive chairman.
  • All changes are effective on July 29, 2022.
  • The beverage company also announced other changes to its executive leadership team, in advance of the planned CEO transition.
