KEYUF - Keyera raises C$400M via public notes offering

Keyera (OTCPK:KEYUF) to issue $400M of senior unsecured medium term notes in a single tranche having a fixed coupon of 5.022% per annum due March 28, 2032. Interest on notes will be paid semi-annually. Offering is expected to close on March 28, 2022. Net proceeds will be used to refinance indebtedness under company's credit facilities and maturing senior unsecured private notes, to fund its capital projects, and for other general corporate purposes.
