KGC - Kinross Gold prices $500M debt offering

- Kinross Gold ( NYSE: KGC ) on Monday has priced $500 million aggregate principal amount of 6.250% senior notes due 2033.
- The notes will be senior unsecured obligations of Kinross and will be guaranteed by certain of Kinross’ wholly-owned subsidiaries that are also guarantors under Kinross’ senior unsecured credit agreements.
- Offering is expected to close on July 5, 2023, subject to customary closing conditions.
- Net proceeds from the offering will be used to redeem all $500 million aggregate principal of its outstanding 5.95% senior notes due 2024.
