KnowBe4 (KNBE) has priced its IPO of 9.5M shares of Class A common stock at $16.00/share, including 9M Company's shares and 500K offered by certain selling stockholders.Underwriters' over-allotment is an additional 1.425M shares.The company initially planned to offer 11.8M shares at $16 to $18 apiece.Trading commences on April 22.KnowBe4 will not receive any proceeds from shares sale by selling stockholders. Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, BofA Securities and KKR Capital Markets are acting as lead bookrunners. Citigroup and UBS Investment Bank are additional bookrunners.Closing date is April 26.The firm provides cybersecurity awareness and technologies to enterprises.
